Problems or Errors

Mac OS 10.14 Mojave: Zoom issues and allowing permissions.

"MacOS is not supported" error message.

Error 0, 3000, 10002 and 10006 during installation.

Wireless (WiFi) Connection Issues.

How much bandwidth do I need when using 3G or 4G/LTE?

Why can't my departmental account sign in?

Departmental accounts are not eligible for Zoom. Only your personal myLSU user account can sign in.
