This request requires that you submit a University Networking and Infrastructure(UNI) work order. All additions, moves or changes to any network connection, port, or device (wired or wireless), telephones, cellular devices, active directory and email require a UNI work order.   Many of these requests may have fees or require budget code changes that must be documented and CANNOT be Processed via a Help Request.
