LSUMail: Was Anything Not Migrated?
This article has not been updated recently and may contain dated material.
What Wasn't Moved to LSUMail?
The following is a list of components that cannot be migrated to LSUMail along with links to GROK articles on how to set up the same feature for LSUMail. You will need to sign in to your new LSUMail account and reconfigure the feature using the settings in your old email account as a guide.
- Messages larger than 25MB
- Auto-complete email addresses
- Outlook keeps track of names and email addresses you've sent messages to in a file on your PC.
- When you start to compose a new message and start typing a name or address in the recipient field, Outlook displays a list of possible matches from this auto-complete file. You can then select a recipient from this list or have Outlook automatically complete the typing of the recipient address.
- Since this information is stored on your PC, the migration process cannot migrate the contents of the auto-complete file.
- This means that after migration, you will be starting with an empty auto-complete file which will build up as you start sending messages from LSUMail.
- Signatures (Note: Some signatures might be migrated but need to be enabled)

- Mail Rules
- Personal Contact Groups
- Archive and PST Files
